Refund policy
We have a no-hassle 30-day refund/replacement policy that in most cases DOES NOT involve sending the item back. If you receive a product that is damaged/defective, not as described, missing a part or have any other issues with your order, contact us first and give us an opportunity to resolve the issue for you. All we ask you is to email us a digital photograph of the damaged/defective product and we will send you a replacement absolutely free of charge.
